1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, downloading, or using any software, scripts, or services (collectively "Products") provided by GuardianLabs, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, you are prohibited from using our Products.

2. Digital Goods and No Refund Policy

Due to the nature of digital software and intangible goods, all sales are final. GuardianLabs maintains a strict No Refund policy.

• Once a script is purchased or the files are accessed/downloaded, the transaction is considered complete.

• Lack of technical knowledge, accidental purchases, or changing your mind does not constitute grounds for a refund.

• By completing your purchase, you waive any right to dispute the charge based on "product not received" or "not as described" if the digital delivery has been processed.

3. License and Usage

Upon purchase, GuardianLabs grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the script for its intended purpose.

• Prohibited Actions: You may not copy our work, resell, redistribute, lease, or share the source code with third parties unless explicit written permission is provided by GuardianLabs.

• Modification: You may modify the script for personal use or for use within your specific server/environment, but you may not claim original authorship of the modified code.

4. Support and Updates

GuardianLabs provides support for the installation and functional bugs of the script at our discretion.

• Support is limited to the original, unmodified version of the script.

• If the code is altered by the user, GuardianLabs is not obligated to provide troubleshooting or fixes.

• Future updates are provided as a courtesy and are not guaranteed for the lifetime of the product.

5. Intellectual Property

All scripts, code, branding, and documentation remain the exclusive intellectual property of GuardianLabs. Unauthorized use of our intellectual property will result in immediate license revocation without notice or refund.

6. Limitation of Liability

GuardianLabs is not responsible for any damages caused by the use or misuse of our scripts. This includes, but is not limited to:

• Server instability or crashes.

• Data loss.

• Bans or sanctions from third-party platforms or game engines.

• Financial loss resulting from script downtime.

7. Termination of Service

We reserve the right to revoke access to any products or support services if these terms are violated. This includes, but is not limited to, attempted chargebacks, leaked files, or harassment of staff.

8. Amendments

GuardianLabs reserves the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our products following any changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
